Shipping policy

Orders will be processed Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours from the purchase date. Alix Monroe LLC offer UPS Ground as our standard shipping option at the moment. Kindly be informed that the shipping rate and delivery time depend on your order's destination. The estimated delivery date displayed at checkout does not include processing time, so please take that into consideration. Following shipment, you will receive an email confirming your UPS tracking number along with other shipping details.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, all packages require a signature upon receipt. Please make sure someone is available to accept and sign for your package. In case your order has already been shipped and you need to change the delivery address, please visit the UPS website or reach out to byalixmonroe@gmail.com for assistance. We regret to inform you that shipments cannot be sent to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
