Order Fulfillment
All items take 24 - 48 hrs to process before shipping.
DOMESTIC
We will handle domestic orders from Monday to Friday, typically within 24-48 hours starting from the day of purchase. Currently, we offer UPS Ground as our standard shipping choice. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your order's destination and that the delivery date estimated during checkout does not account for processing time. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your UPS tracking number along with other shipping details.
If your order has already shipped and you would like to change your address, please head to the UPS website to do so or reach out to support@alixmonroe.com.
Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Please select the flag icon located in the upper right-hand corner to access the list of countries we deliver to and make your selection accordingly. This action will also modify the currency displayed on the website.
Pre-order Items
Shipping dates on Pre-Order items are estimates only - goods are not guaranteed to ship on the date listed. All Pre-Order items are subject to delays and cancellations during production. Pre-ordered “RESERVE” items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refused Shipments
If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email to the provided email address. Once your item is ready to ship, we will follow up with a shipping notification so that you may track your item.
Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update, so if you receive a notification but your item hasn’t begun tracking, please allow some time. If the tracking does not update within 24 hours, please email customer care at support@alixmonroe.com to assist.
Do you cover lost or stolen packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please email at us support@alixmonroe.com immediately. We cannot make any guarantees, but your satisfaction is our priority and we want to help get your purchase to you.
