All purchases made during a sale will be considered final and cannot be returned. If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us at support@alixmonroe.com and include images for additional support. Each case will be handled on an individual basis to ensure customer satisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you've got a damaged, defective, or wrong item and need to exchange it, just shoot us an email at support@alixmonroe.com within 7 days of getting your delivery. Make sure to attach a photo to show the issue and we'll be happy to offer you a replacement or a store credit.

Keep in mind that replacing products depends on availability, but we'll do our best to sort it out as quickly as possible. If what you want isn't in stock, we'll give you a full refund on your original payment method.

What is your return/cancellation policy for shipments?

All items in their original packaging/condition can be returned for for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled once they ship. Should you have any questions prior to purchasing, we are always happy to assist. Please email us at support@alixmonroe.com for any questions. 

How do I process a return?

To return your item, you must request a return label via the steps below:

  • Email us support@alixmonroe.com with title "Return Request: #XXXXXX (Your Order Number)"
  • Tell us the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.
  • We'll be in touch with instructions for your return after we receive your information.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Will I be charged for return shipping?

For all returns, you will pay in full for the cost of return shipping . We will send a label, which will be deducted from your store credit.
