What method of payment is accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. 

Please note we cannot accept credit card gift cards or electronic gift cards. The total will be charged upon placing the order.

How do I take care of my bag?

We recommend that you avoid sticky liquids from coming in contact with your purse. For exterior cleaning gently wipe with warm damp cloth. 

Pre Order Information

WHAT IS A PRE ORDER?

A pre-order offers you the opportunity to purchase an item that will be made available at a later date. Please be aware that once you place the pre-order, no changes to quantity, size, or color can be made.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE CHARGED?

Upon placing the order, Alix Monroe LLC will charge the full amount using your chosen payment method. Please note that once the payment is processed, you won't be able to modify the payment method.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?

The estimated shipping date can be found on the product's page or in the confirmation email. It's important to remember that orders are automatically processed, and the actual shipping date may vary.

ORDERING PRE-ORDERS AND IN-STOCK ITEMS 

Your order will be split if you purchase both a pre-order item and an in-stock item. The in-stock item will be processed and shipped as usual.

For international customers, orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will not be split. Instead, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available for shipping.

What is your return/cancellation policy for shipments?

All items in their original condition and packaging can be returned for and exchange or store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled once they ship. Will I be charged for return shipping?

For all returns, you will pay in full for the cost of return shipping. We will send a label, which will be deducted from the store credit.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email to the provided email address. Once your item is ready to ship, we will follow up with a shipping notification so that you may track your item.

Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update, so if you receive a notification but your item hasn’t begun tracking, please allow some time. If the tracking does not update within 24 hours, please email customer care at  support@alixmonroe.com to assist.
